Processing Times

  • In-Stock Orders: Allow 3-5 business days for me to pack and prepare your handmade books before shipping.

  • Out-of-Stock / Pre-Order / YouTube Shout-Out Orders: These are hand-bound to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for me to bind your set. I will email you when your order begins the binding process and again when it ships.

 

Shipping

  • We ship USPS Media Mail within the US only (2-8 business days after processing). You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

  • Shipping and 7% Florida sales tax (where applicable) are calculated at checkout. Media Mail rates are set by weight (e.g. The Healing Season Complete Set will be heavier, therefore shipping will cost more than a single book, and a discount has been applied to the Complete Set to help offset the cost of shipping).

 

Order Issues

  • Damaged in Transit: USPS can be rough. If your book arrives damaged, email healingboundbooks@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. I will repair or replace it (which will be my discretion, depending on severity of damage) at no cost to you.

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Please double-check your address at checkout—I'm not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry—then email me within 14 days.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Because each book is handmade and hand-bound, all sales are final.

  • If you need to cancel an in-stock order, email me within 24 hours before it ships.

  • If you need to cancel an out of stock/pre-order/YouTube shout-out order, it cannot be cancelled once binding has started. Please notify me within 3 business days so I know not to begin the binding process.
