This is Book 4 of a 4-book set. The final book in the series! It must be read in order. If you somehow found yourself here without reading books 1, 2 and 3, go back now. This won't make sense without the pieces you learn in Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
Daisy is Spring. The book explores birth, growth, and rebirth.
Daisy is aspirational. Whereas the first six main characters showcase parts of myself as I am, or as I was, Daisy is who I hope I would be if I were put in her position. She is strong, respected, and loved; I admire her. This story gives a window into the McNallys’ lives in 1980s and 90s where you can glimpse them as a young struggling family. When we meet up with Daisy in the modern day, we can see how much she has blossomed and grown so she is ready for when she meets the love of her life. If you stuck with me along the journey — through Summer, Autumn, and Winter — this is your reward. The sun comes back out for all the characters. In the end I hope you love them as much as I do!
Please note: This is a character-driven family drama with romantic elements, not a traditional romance. Some books in the series are intentionally heavier with less spice as the characters navigate grief and trauma.
